6 Volt Mini- Charger For Motorized Bicycle Lighting Now you can get a reliable lighting system for your 2 cycle motorized bicycle by using this 6 volt mini battery charger to charge 6 volts SLa and 6 pack AA rechargeable batteries (available in our eBay store). This item is designed to be used with our 6 volt "Mini-Generator". The battery can be charged up while riding and used for 3 to 5 watts lighting. This mini charger includes an inline fuse which protects circuits in case of overloads or shorts. The 6 Volt Mini-Charger can designed to be used with 6 volt Mini-Gen and will reliably and expediently charge 6 volt SLA battery (LS-1) and 6 AA (LS-2 AA 7.2 Volts) battery pack.

This 6 volt Mini-Charger is designed to be used with our 6 Volt Mini-Generator.

The Mini-Charger will charge up 6 volt SLA batteries (1 to 3 Ah) and also AA rechargeable batteries (7.2V).

Batteries of higher capacities can also be charged but will simiply take a longer time.

Chargers, battery packs, light switch and lights are all available separately in our store.

Just strap mini-charger onto bicycle seat post after using a layer of duct tape to frame (helps prevent scatches and improves grip).

Cable ties are included, but duct tape is not included.

The green LED light will glow to indicate a working charge circuit.

This can be strapped to other places if preferred.

Remove a nut from carb intake pipe and attach the Mini-Charger ground cable (as seen in photo).

The ground cable must be grounded to engine for the charger to work.

It might also be necessary to use another wire connector between engine and frame in order for frame grounded lights to work.

In most cases the engine is already in contact with the bike's metal frame, so the need for a separate connection is not likely.

The Mini-Charger can be connected to pack for charging SLA or AA Nimh batteries.

3 to 5 watts lighting is ideal for this system.

Connect the negative and positive wires from Mini-Charger to battery.

Use duct tape or cable ties to secure wire, then use duct tape or cable ties to strap wires to bike frame.

Your setup will look much better than this!

The green wire from Mini-Charger will be routed to light switch (not included).

Green LED light on Mini-Charger will indicate charging activity while engine is running.

An inline fuse holder is included with Mini-Charger to hold a circuit protection fuse.
